Emilie Lambert is an attorney with Sargon Law Group, where her practice focuses on civil litigation and criminal misdemeanor matters. She brings more than a decade of criminal defense experience to the firm, along with a thoughtful, composed approach to representing clients through challenging legal situations.


Emilie earned her bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in 2011 and her Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law in 2014. She began her legal career practicing criminal defense with Alcock and Associates before joining the Public Defender’s Office in 2016. She spent the next decade representing individuals in criminal matters before joining Sargon Law Group in 2026 and expanding her practice into civil litigation.


Throughout her career, Emilie has also shared her experience with other legal professionals, teaching at both local and national conferences on topics involving treatment courts and criminal defense. Her background in public defense has given her extensive courtroom experience and a strong understanding of how to analyze complex legal issues while helping clients understand what comes next.



Originally from Canada, Emilie has called South Phoenix home for the past decade. She describes herself as analytical, composed, and friendly, qualities that carry into the way she works with both clients and colleagues. Outside of the office, Emilie is a mother of two, a dog owner, and a native French speaker.
